We are Tim and Shirley Tunstead, proud owners of The Crag - a vacation suite, formerly known as Passing Winds, and previously owned and operated by Tim's parents.
Tim's grandparents came to the County in 1982, purchased this home at 51 Folkard Lane, so that they could enjoy a slower pace of life and experience some country living. For the extended family, it was the place to gather for summer vacations and Christmas gatherings - often multiple generations celebrating under one roof.
Tim's parents continued these traditions with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren for many years, and then, in 2015, opened up their little slice of heaven to the larger masses to enjoy, as a summer vacation rental suite.
In 2018 we decided to sell our City home, so we packed up our belongings and are now making this family home in Picton our permanent residence - not just our summer retreat - AND we want to share it with you. We hope you have the opportunity to visit us at The Crag, a clifftop vacation spot overlooking Picton Bay. We are sure you will love it as much as we do.
